Photo Representation
All photos are my own and represent the exact item(s) that you will receive. I do my best to provide condition information in the photos and descriptions of all of my items. If something is unclear or you have questions, don't hesitate to contact me prior to placing an order.
If you do not receive your item as described, please contact me as soon as possible.
Shipping
I ship globally from Canada via Stallion Express. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes applicable to their state or country.
I typically ship items on Mondays and Thursdays, weather permitting. Any orders placed after 9am EST on a Monday or Thursday will be shipped the next shipping day. In the event of a Monday holiday, orders will be shipped on Tuesday.
Rest assured that fragile items are packed with great care to ensure that they arrive safely.
Damaged Items
While I do my best to pack your purchases with travel and handling in mind, once they leave my hands I no longer have control. However, if an item arrives to you damaged beyond any issues stated in the item description, please contact me within three (3) days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box. A refund on the basis of damage will only be issued upon receipt of these photos.
Other Returns
To avoid any confusion or disappointment regarding the size of an item, please ensure that you read the "DIMENSIONS" information provided on each listing.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within seven (7) days to request a return. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, no later than 30 days after delivery.
